Care Instructions: Machine wash at a low temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Can be professionally dry-cleaned.

- Oonline orders are delivered within 2–4 business days to major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, and Durban), and within 7 business days for regional or remote areas.

Additional Information
- We offer door-to-door delivery nationally and internationally. (Please note: we do not deliver to PO Boxes, and collections are not available.)
- Final shipping fees, taxes, and any discount codes are applied at checkout for South African orders.

- Orders paid via EFT will be processed once funds reflect in our account. (This may take up to 48 hours.) Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 72 hours.

- All deliveries must be inspected and signed off before the driver departs. If any item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours at info@giavainteriors.com.
- If an item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the item has been inspected. Refunds are made via EFT into the customer's nominated bank account, with proof of banking details required from the bank.
- Sale items and custom-made products are non-refundable.
