1. This gift card is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
   
2. The gift card may be redeemed, in part or in full, against any product or service offered by Giava Interiors. Any unused balance remains available for future purchases until the full value has been redeemed or the card expires.
   
3. This gift card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by law.
   
4. Gift cards are issued electronically and delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Giava Interiors is not liable for a card sent to an incorrect email address supplied by the purchaser.
   
5. Treat your gift card code like cash - Giava Interiors cannot replace a gift card that has been lost, stolen, or redeemed by a third party without proof of original purchase.
   
6. This gift card has no additional issuing or redemption fees.
   
7. Giava Interiors reserves the right to extend the validity period of a gift card at its discretion; the validity period will never be shortened below the statutory minimum.
